Create a document outlining the process, criteria, and template for internal teams to identify and submit potential automation opportunities. This will serve as the 'bottom-up' mechanism.

Arrange a meeting with Philipp Römer, Anita Daminov, Paulo Andrade, and Laura Homem to brief them on the automation initiative and discuss their approach to identifying high-value automation potential from a top-down perspective.

Design and implement a process for reviewing, evaluating, and prioritizing the automation opportunities identified through both bottom-up submissions and top-down expert guidance. This includes defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making criteria.
