Process Re-engineering & Implementation

Based on the outcomes of Deliverable E.1 "Automation Opportunity Identification", draft a concise proposal document. This document should identify 2-3 high-impact processes suitable for re-engineering, describe their current state, propose a future state leveraging Claude Cowork, and outline expected benefits. This will serve as a discussion starter for stakeholders.

Organize and lead collaborative sessions with key process owners and technical leads to finalize the selection of processes from the proposal. Work together to design the detailed re-engineered workflows, ensuring optimal integration of Claude Cowork. Subsequently, oversee the technical team in implementing and configuring these workflows.

Roll out the newly implemented re-engineered and automated processes to a small pilot group. Collect user feedback, monitor performance, identify any operational issues or areas for improvement, and work with the technical team to iterate and refine the processes for broader rollout.
